Policies:

Your rights as a client:  The purpose of this session is for you to benefit and to relax.  We will build a plan together that fits your needs.  If at any time you feel uncomfortable with anything please communicate this to me and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

Is Massage right for you?  Everyone loves a great massage regardless of age!  If you are under the age of 18, adult consent is required.  If you are pregnant please inform me so that I can work with you.

Confidentiality:  I will respect your confidentiality.  Your massage history and health records will remain confidential unless subpoenaed.

Hygiene:  Please arrive to your session with a clean body and I will do the same.  As a health practioner I ask that you do not come to your session if you are ill or have a contagious disease, massage can only make it worse. 

Client/Therapist Relationship:  I provide a professional, therapeutic and relaxing massage.  Sexual Misconduct will not be tolerated.  You will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

Payment:  Payment is due at the time services are rendered.  Cash and Check are accepted at this time.

Cancellation or Tardiness:  Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment.  If you are late the time will be deducted from your massage session (e.g. 15 minutes late for a one hour session, the session will then be 45 minutes).  If you cannot make your scheduled appointment please contact giving me at least a 24 hour notice.  I do realize that emergencies do exist and can make exceptions.  If you decide to cancel and do not provide me with a 24 hour notice the full amount of the session will be charged to you.

Scope of Practice:  I offer professional, therapeutic and relaxation massage.  I do not diagnose medical conditions. I may refer you to another health care specialist and at that time I will explain to you the reasons for this.
